Esporáo - Bico Amarelo €14.00

Alentejo | 11.5 % GRAPES: Loureiro, Alvarinho, Avesso
Bico Amarelo or ‘yellow beak’ is bright yellow, with green tones. This fresh and light wine is dominated by citrus and tropical aromas. It has an excellent body with a balanced acidity and a refreshing and persistent finish. It is a light and refreshing wine for all occasions.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Grilled fresh fish, chicken, white meats or as an aperitif.

Quinta do Améal Loureiro €24.00

Alentejo | 12 % GRAPES: Loureiro
Clear and light coloured organic wine has a good combination and balance of floral and fruity aromas, typical of well-ripened grapes from the Loureiro variety. It has a smooth, yet slightly crisp taste, a fruity palate and a persistent length.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Good with seafood, grilled fish, poultry and as an aperitif.

Moscatel de Setúbal €16.00

Peninsula de Setúbal | 17.5 % GRAPES: Muscat
An authentic Portuguese fortified sweet treat, offers the heady aroma of caramelised citrus pith and orange blossom, with honey, hazelnut and barley sugar on the palate. Keeps well in the fridge after opening, if you can resist it, and works well with tonic too.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Delicious with patisserie. Very good as an aperitif or to indulge yourself with a Dessert.

Algarve | 12.5 % GRAPES: Syrah, Touriga Nacional, Grenache, Cinsault
Light and aromatic, its aromas of orange blossom and stone fruit, with some touches of wild berries, are tempered by the freshness of the sea that never fails to make itself felt. It is a smooth rosé in the mouth, with a fresh acidity and a velvety texture.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Seafood dishes, Spicy or curry dishes with fish or vegetables.

Salmon pink colour, light red tones. This is an elegant wine with nice aroma of red berries. A very nice composed palate. Taste of black cherry and strawberry. The palate is fresh, dry and has good acidity.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Lean grilled meat, pasta, pizza, risotto and highly seasoned fish.

The first impact on the nose offers notes of lemon, white fruit and sea air, which give an immediate feeling of freshness. In the mouth this freshness is amplified by the very lively acidity, and a touch of saltiness that makes it more complex and appetizing. It is the perfect accompaniment to the Algarve gastronomy so focused on the sea.

A fresh and crispy wine with a bit of body. Lemon juice, grass, fresh pineapple and green bell pepper, chalkiness and some white pepper, crispy acidity, very spicy, zesty & savoury finish. Lemon peel, grapefruit and herbs.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Perfect for pairing with seafood and poultry, or for just sipping on its own.

Intense aromas of of citrus, particularly fresh grapefruit, with some tropical fruit and notes of green leaf. Crystal clear appearance, straw colour with golden nuances. Very elegant in the mouth, with freshness and a slightly creamy texture to the finish.

Citrus yellow, clear and bright with intense aromas of grapefruit and passion fruit and the Elderberry flower appear smoothly on the nose. The purity of the grape variety is strikingly evident in this exuberant yet delicate wine which reveals a marked minerality, and a soft acidity, wrapped in passion fruit and pineapple notes.

This is an organic wine that is crystal clear, straw colour featuring green tones. It is blessed with rich and complex aromas with fruity notes of peach and tangerine and subtle barrel toast. Creamy, well balanced palate, good depth of ripe fruit but with elegance and minerality, so that it finishes long and fresh.

A very fresh and complex wine, with citrus fruit, grapefruit, in harmony with discreet floral nuances and strong mineral notes typical of the “terroir”. The freshness and volume in the mouth are surprising, with a very long, fresh and mineral finish.

A red wine that brings to mind the typical Mediterranean vegetation of the Algarve, involved in black fruit. All these components are united by a soft texture in the mouth, making this wine an engaging journey through the Algarve hillsides.

This wine has a deep ruby colour with purple edges featuring spicy red berry fruits. It features the boldness of a full bodied red accompanied by a smooth mouthfeel and sweet fruit flavours with good balancing acidity on the finish.

The red and white berries, mixed in the same bunch, are the origin of a smooth and fresh red wine, with a velvety texture. The aromas are of forest fruits and wildflowers. The tannins are extremely round leaving a velvety sensation leaving a pleasant sensation in the mouth and an aroma that lingers at the end of the tasting.
FOOD PAIRINGS: This wine finely accompanies red meats and grilled meats.

Intense Ruby in colour. Wild berries with hues of blackberries and ripe plum on the nose, complemented with spicy notes of cinnamon and liquorice. The palate is rich and elegant, with notes of wild berries and sweet spices notes. Harmonious and fresh with a persistent and balanced finish.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Works well with roast and grilled red meats and full flavoured cheeses.

Notes of wild black fruits and black cherries. Subtle notes of wood make the aroma more complex. In the mouth, the wine is fabulously concentrated, hot, showing firm tannins and a smooth texture as well as a very persistent finish that strongly displays the intensity of the wines of the Douro Superior.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Best accompanied by Red meats, cheeses, or Mediterranean food.
